Let's dwell on the most important cards of the combos that we are going to analyze.

DESPIAN TRAGEDY

One of the most important cards of this recipe. We will often use it together with Fallen of Albaz as a fusion material for Branded Fusion as if it is sent to the graveyard or removed it will allow us to add a "Despia" monster to our hand, and that monster will in most cases be Aluber the Jester of Despia.

FALLEN OF ALBAZ

Its main use will be to send it to the graveyard for all fusions that require it via Branded Fusion. Once in the graveyard it will allow us to activate cards like Branded in Red and continue to summon fusions even during the opponent's turn.

ALUBER THE JESTER OF DESPIA

If we don't have Branded Fusion we can use him to retrieve it from our deck, alternatively, we can use him to search for Branded in Red.

BRANDED FUSION

The staple card to have at all costs in hand as soon as possible. It will allow us to fill the field with fusion monsters within our second turn. Its strength lies in allowing you to summon fusion monsters using the necessary materials directly from the deck.

BRANDED IN RED

Quick-play spell card that allows us to make fusion even during the opponent's turn.

LUBELLION THE SEARING DRAGON

The first fusion monster that we are going to summon, as it will allow us to get to the summoning of Mirrorjade the Iceblade Dragon in the same turn.

MIRRORJADE THE ICEBLADE DRAGON

Powerful fusion monster that allows you to remove an opponent's monster even if it is face-down without targeting it.

To activate this effect we will send the Albion the Branded Dragon to the graveyard to activate its effect in the end phase.

ALBION THE BRANDED DRAGON

In the turn in which this card was sent to the graveyard, it’s possible to take a Branded Fusion or a Branded in Red from the deck and set it directly on our field.

GUARDIAN CHIMERA

The ultimate monster of our deck. All we will do is prepare the ground for its arrival with its 3300 attack points and an effect that allows you to destroy your opponent's cards while we can draw cards from the deck.

Those just mentioned are the main cards the deck must have. Feel free to modify the rest of the deck with the cards of your choice. I have inserted several cards that are very used in this period to counter the opponent and his hand traps that could try to block our combos.

With that being said, let's move on to the explanation of the main combos and the operation of the deck.

COMBO 1: BRANDED FUSION + 1 ANOTHER RANDOM CARD IN OUR HAND

Activate Branded Fusion (remember that it can be denied by the opponent with Ash Blossom) and summon Lubellion the Searing Dragon.

The materials that need to be sent to the graveyard are Fallen of Albaz and Despian Tragedy.

After the summoning of Lubellion, the effects of the same Lubellion and Despian Tragedy that was sent to the graveyard as a result of a card can be activated, so it allows us to activate its effect.

At this point, we have to decide in what order to activate the ripple effects. Our goal is to activate the effect of Lubellion the Searing Dragon.

Cards like Effect Veiler and Infinite Impermanence can hit us but we can avoid Psy-Framegear Gamma's effect if we choose to put Despian Tragedy as chain 2 and Lubellion as chain 1. This way, Psy-Framegear Gamma's effect would only activate on Tragedy, which activates first, saving Lubellion.

Now, the effect of Lubellion the Searing Dragon will ask us to discard a card from our hand (you choose) and, if the effect of Despian Tragedy has not been denied, the advice is to take Aluber the Jester of Despia from the deck.

Having solved the effect of Tragedy, we can also resolve the effect of Lubellion which allows us to summon Mirrorjade the Iceblade Dragon using the same Lubellion and Fallen of Albaz in our graveyard as materials.

Mirrorjade must be placed in defense as we are in the first turn and our opponent could activate Lightning Storm by not having any monsters on his field yet.

Now we can do our normal summon and choose Aluber the Jester of Despia that we first took from the deck through Tragedy effect, and with the Aluber effect we take Branded in Red from the deck.

Branded in Red must be placed face-down on the field, as it is a quick-play spell card and will allow us to summon Guardian Chimera.

Now pass the turn and let the opponent play.

It is important that you can activate the effect of Mirrojade the Iceblade Dragon during the opponent's turn.

This effect allows us to remove a monster on the field (even face-down) by sending a card from the extra deck to the graveyard as an activation cost and our choice must fall on Albion the Branded Dragon.

Once this is done, while we are still inside the opponent's turn, we have to activate the Branded in Red that we placed at the end of our previous turn and take Despian Tragedy back in hand.

At this point we can summon Guardian Chimera using Mirrorjade (on the field), Aluber (on the field) and Tragedy as materials.

Despian Tragedy will be again sent to the graveyard due to a card effect, so we can take the Aluber the Jester of Despia from the deck.

During the end phase of our turn, the effects of Albion the Branded Dragon will activate in our graveyard, allowing us to add to our hand or place on the field a "Branded" spell or trap card on the field.

Choose Branded Fusion.

Summon Aluber and take Branded in Red from the deck.

Activate Branded Fusion and summon another Lubellion the Searing Dragon using Despian Tragedy and Fallen of Albaz as fusion materials again.

Lubellion’s (chain 1) effect and Tragedy’s (chain 2) effect.

With the effect of Tragedy, take Ad Libitum of Despia from the deck.

With the Lubellion’s effect, summon Masquerade the Blazing Dragon using Albion the Branded Dragon in our graveyard and the Despian Tragedy which is among the removed cards.

At this point we can enter the battle phase having Guardian Chimera, Aluber, Masquerade and Lubellion on the field.

After beating up the opponent a bit, activate Branded in Red from the hand, take Fallen of Albaz back and summon another Guardian Chimera by removing Ad Libitum of Despia and Fallen of Albaz (freshly recovered) from our hand along with Aluber on our field.

Activate the effects of Ad Libitum and Chimera.

With Chimera we can destroy a card and draw two other cards, while with Ad Libitum of Despia we can summon Mirrorjade the Iceblade Dragon which was removed from the game.

Now on the field, we have 2 Guardian Chimera, Masquerade the Blazing Dragon, Mirrorjade the Iceblade Dragon and Lubellion the Searing Dragon.

ALL THIS WITH A BRANDED FUSION ACTIVATED IN THE FIRST ROUND.

BROKEN.

COMBO 2: ALUBER THE JESTER OF DESPIA IN HAND AND NO OTHER USEFUL CARDS.

Normal summon Aluber and take Branded Fusion from the deck.

Activate Branded Fusion and summon Lubellion the Searing Dragon using Fallen of Albaz and Despian Tragedy.

Activate the effects of Lubellion (chain 1) and Tragedy (chain 2). Through the effect of Tragedy take Ad Libitum of Despia and with Lubellion summon Mirrorjade from the extra deck.

Now we can immediately activate Mirrorjade's effect by sending Albion the Branded Dragon to the graveyard and removing Aluber who is on the field.

In the end phase, Albion’s effect will be activated which allows us to take Branded in Red, and this time set it on our field.

During the opponent's turn, activate Branded in Red and take Tragedy back from the graveyard.

Summon Guardian Chimera using Mirrorjade on the field, Tragedy that was just picked up and Ad Libitum of Despia.

The effects of the 3 monsters are activated: Chimera chain 1, Ad Libitum chain 2 and Tragedy chain 3.

With the effect of Tragedy take another Aluber the Jester of Despia, with the effect of Ad Libitum summon Mirrorjade, and with Chimera draw and destroy the opponent’s card on the field.

Summon Aluber from the hand which had been recovered with the effect of Tragedy.

Let's take the Branded Fusion from the deck and activate it to summon Albion the Branded Dragon using Fairy Tail - Snow and Fallen of Albaz.

Activate the effect of Albion and summon Lubellion by removing the Albion from the graveyard and Fallen of Albaz from the game.

Activate the effect of Lubellion the Searing Dragon, discard a card and summon another monster: Masquerade the Blazing Dragon.

We now have Chimera, Lubellion, Albion, Aluber, Masquerade and Mirrorjade on the ground.

BROKEN AGAIN.

COMBO 3: ALBION THE SHROUDED DRAGON AND BRANDED IN RED IN HAND WITH NO OTHER USEFUL CARDS.

This is a scenario where we have Albion the Shrouded Dragon in hand along with Branded in Red and Aluber on the field that has been denied by the opponent via some hand traps (probably Ash Blossom and Joyous Spring.

Activate the Albion effect by sending Fallen of Albaz to the graveyard.

Albion goes back to the deck and we can draw a card.

With Albaz in the graveyard, we can activate Branded in Red by also using Aluber on our field which was denied by Ash Blossom.

Summon Lubellion by removing Aluber and Fallen of Albaz.

Activate Lubellion's effect by discarding a card and summon Mirrorjade.

COMBO 4: EDGE IMP CHAIN AND BRANDED FUSION IN HAND

Activate Branded Fusion to summon Lubellion by sending Tragedy and Albaz to the graveyard as usual.

Place Lubellion in defense position, activate its effect and discard Imp Chain while with Tragedy we go to get Aluber from our deck.

With the Lubellion’s effect, summon Mirrorjade and with the Imp Chain effect, which was discarded in the graveyard, add Frightfur Patchwork to our hand.

Activate Patchwork and add Imp Chain and Polymerization to the hand.

Summon Aluber who had been recovered through the Tragedy effect, activate its effect and add Branded Opening to the hand.

Activate Branded Opening, discard Imp Chain and add Dramaturge of Despia to the hand.

Activate Polymerization and summon Masquerade (or Despian Quaeritis which is very useful if we are facing a Swordsoul deck).

To summon Masquerade use Despian Dramaturge and Aluber who is face-up on our field.

The effect of Dramaturge is activated and returns to the field from our graveyard.

In this way we have on the ground Mirrorjade which removes a monster on the opponent's field without targeting, Masquerade the Blazing Dragon which deals 600 points of damage to the opponent every time a card is activated and Despian Dramaturge which is a 3000 ATK that can negate the effects of a monster on the field until the end of the turn.

If we also have Branded in Red in hand, place it face-down and pass the turn to our opponent.

During the opponent's turn activate Branded in Red, take back Despian Tragedy and call the second Masquerade using Dramaturge and Tragedy as fusion materials.

The effects of Tragedy and Dramaturge have activated again. Dramaturge returns to the field and with Tragedy, add Ad Libitum of Despia to the hand.

Now the opponent will suffer 1200 points of damage every time he activates a card due to the effect of the two Masquerades on our field.

Let's pass the turn to the opponent and enjoy the show by remembering that our Mirrorjade is ready to remove an opponent's monster.

That's all, I hope this article will be useful for you to learn how to use this very strong deck.

See you next time!
